The accommodations are divided between the elegantly renovated “English Country House,” originally commissioned by the Hon. Mary Isabel Portman from London a century ago, boasting five lounges with inviting open log fireplaces.

The newer “Garden Wing” offers specially designed rooms, crafted from wood and glass, each featuring a south-facing balcony or terrace.

Wellness Options

The retreat also features a dedicated Spa-house, complete with five indoor and outdoor pools, nine saunas and steam rooms, vast relaxation lawns with comfortable loungers and blankets, a covered relaxation terrace, and serene relaxation rooms with crackling log fires.

One highlight of many is the Meditation House, a haven for meditation practice. Designed by acclaimed architect Kengo Kuma from Tokyo, it’s a place of profound serenity and a retreat from the demands of the outside world.

Kuma, a distinguished architect, is celebrated for seamlessly blending nature with inspirational design. Guests can partake in guided meditation sessions – discover inner peace in this extraordinary architectural masterpiece.

Food

The restaurant features dishes crafted from locally sourced, seasonal, and organic ingredients, ensuring a farm-to-table approach. Delight in a gourmet buffet breakfast with locally sourced products, freshly baked bread, and custom fruit and vegetable juices.
