Ekodrom Estate is a quiet, purpose-driven retreat space in rural Croatia, created for people who seek reconnection—with nature, community, and a more conscious way of living. What began in 2012 as a sustainability initiative and organic farming project gradually evolved into a retreat center that now welcomes groups, facilitators, and guests looking for meaningful time away from everyday distractions. At the heart of the property is a spacious yoga shala that doubles as a multifunctional working and practice space. Warm and inviting, it accommodates up to 18 participants indoors and additional guests on the outdoor terrace. For deeper relaxation, Ekodrom’s spa facilities invite guests to unwind in nature. A large sauna and three outdoor hot tubs offer grounding, restorative moments—especially powerful after yoga practice, hiking, or cold-water swimming in nearby rivers. Forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a natural extension of the estate’s setting, encouraging guests to slow their pace and engage their senses among the trees and orchards.

Marked hiking routes around the property allow guests to explore the surrounding landscape independently, while nearby rivers—the Mrežnica and Korana—offer refreshing swims in clear, emerald waters and natural waterfalls.

Food at Ekodrom Estate is an extension of its values: seasonal, nourishing, and closely connected to the land. Meals are prepared with care, emphasizing plant-forward cuisine that supports both individual wellbeing and sustainable living. Guests can choose between half-board or full-board options, making it easy to fully relax without worrying about logistics during a retreat or stay.

The property is approximately a one-hour drive from Zagreb, Croatia’s capital and main international travel hub. Zagreb Airport offers regular connections to major European cities, making Ekodrom a convenient destination for retreat groups coming from across Europe and beyond.
