ABOUT THE ORGANIZER

Stacey’s journey into Yoga began when a skateboarding injury forced her off her board and onto the mat.
What started out as gentle exercise began a life long passion.
She has been regularly practicing, studying & facilitating yoga around the world for well over a decade now.
Stacey weaves in ancient yogic wisdom from her studies in India with modern techniques to regulate the nervous system, shift energy & calm the mind.
Her classes mix mindfulness with movement, and offer space for self reflection as well as deep, restful meditation.
“I don’t claim to be anything but a human having a human experience as we all are.
However I’ve been extremely blessed to spend the last decade delving deeply into my yoga practice & sharing that with others.
I will share some tools that have been shared with me, in an easily digestible & most importantly enjoyable- all levels Wilderness Yoga retreat.
It’s an honour to hold space and facilitate a practice for others. Yoga has absolutely transformed my life, and it really makes my heart happy to share it with others.
