WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The New Year's Eve Yoga Retreat in Portugal offers a holistic journey of personal growth and inner freedom. The retreat, set in the eco-sustainable Monte da Orada retreat center, provides an array of yoga styles (Hatha, Yin, Kundalini) along with somatic movement, deep relaxation, breathwork, sound healing, and emotional release practices. Participants can expect daily yoga sessions, workshops that include reflection practices, mantra chanting, yoga nidra, and intuitive movement, as well as evening rituals, sound healing, and a special New Year's Eve program. The retreat is designed to provide a sacred space for deep personal reflection and transformation, set amidst the serene landscape of South Portugal's Algarve region.

Nature Escapes: Tiny House or Bungalows (shared accommodation), surrounded by nature with outdoor bathtubs.
Private Suites: Centrally located with private ensuite bathrooms, shared double or twin accommodation.
Tapia House: Dormitories (6-person or 4-person) or a private apartment with shared and private bathrooms available.

Jessy, the founder of INTI YOGA, is a 500-hour E-RYT certified yoga teacher and facilitator with further training in yoga philosophy, self-love, Ayurveda, and coaching. She focuses on personal development, spirituality, and the transformative power of self-love and deep relaxation. Her partner, Benedict, a breathwork practitioner and Kundalini yoga enthusiast, is co-founder of INTI YOGA. Both are committed to holistic yoga practices and personal growth, aiming to inspire more people to explore yoga’s transformative benefits. Their team includes healers, therapists, and artists who bring diverse practices to the retreat.
