ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Ivonne C. Miller - In February 2017 with more than a decade of yoga practice I realized my true passion for yoga. I completed a 200 hour teacher training program at the Yandara Yoga Institute in B.C.S., Mexico. In February 2019 I completed a 300 hour advance teacher training at the same facility. During my time in Mexico, I discovered the wonderful healing effects of Reiki and became a certified Reiki Master. I am very passionate about learning and I am always looking for ways to continue my education.
I believe the body requires movement to remain agile and strong; but it also needs stillness and serenity in order to restore balance. Supported by training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prana Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Yin, Kundalini, Restorative, Pranayama and Meditation.
