Lindsay has been leading groups since 2003 and brings a passion for adventure and seamless planning. At the retreat, she’ll lead a few movement sessions and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Kaitlyn brings contagious energy and years of experience in guiding clients through safe, effective movement. Her dynamic teaching style inspires confidence and leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized.
Lexi is passionate about creating balance and symmetry through intentional movement. With a comprehensive approach to wellness, she blends precise technique with a deep understanding of the body. She’ll be offering private Pilates sessions and postural assessments during open time blocks.
