ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Lindsay Eldridge
Lindsay has been leading groups since 2003 and brings a deep love for adventure and planning. She’s a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher (500+ hours) whose own journey with chronic pain led her to the healing power of movement. At the retreat, she’ll lead a few sessions and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Tiffany Ingersoll
Teaching movement since 2008, Tiffany is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor, Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and an expert in breath and fascial release techniques. Inspired by her sister’s spinal injury in 2010, she’s dedicated to therapeutic movement—helping clients with chronic pain, injury recovery, and overall balance. Her approach supports deep healing and whole-body integration.
