WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This retreat is a nurturing blend of Yin Yoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga-influenced vinyasa, gentle Hatha and Pranayama. Begin each day hiking on one of our nearby picturesque trails. These guided hikes will explore some of the best unspoiled scenery in all of California. In the late afternoon enjoy the yoga class followed by restorative yoga postures that will leave you feeling grounded and at peace. As we embark on our inward journey of renewal, guests feel a deeper sense of connectedness to oneself and the beautiful nature that surrounds the Sagrada Wellness retreat sanctuary.
ACCOMMODATION
Sagrada's accommodations are in our architecturally designed retreat center. The center is designed by Co-owner and Architect Scott Currie has a contemporary, rustic, country aesthetic that offers guests a special place to reflect on peace, awareness and rejuvenation in the ranches majestic and natural landscape. Purified spring water and an abundance of fresh fruit is always available. Sagrada's all-inclusive retreat is designed around a landscaped courtyard, where guests can enjoy their meals, or a glass of wine at sunset.

Nicole Currie is a holistic movement and wellness advocate, drawing from her background as a professional dancer, NFL cheerleader, and educator. Inspired by personal loss, she champions self-care through yoga, meditation, Pilates, and more. Nicole's mission is to remind others of the importance of rest and rejuvenation in navigating life's stresses. With empathy and authenticity, she creates spaces for physical and emotional healing, guiding students toward holistic well-being.
