What sets your approach apart from others in the field? What unique elements do you bring to your practice?
At my Mind Body Hub in Los Angeles, I combine life coaching and personal training to address both the physical and mental aspects of healing. My focus is not just on alleviating symptoms but on helping individuals rebalance their body and mind while aligning their lives with their highest values.
One of the unique elements of my practice is the use of advanced tools to assess and optimize movement and posture. I incorporate a 3D movement analysis system to evaluate how my clients move in real time, identify imbalances, and develop tailored strategies for improvement. I also use muscle activation sensors to measure neuromuscular performance and a posture sensor shirt called Rectify, which provides precise feedback to help clients achieve optimal alignment.
These technologies allow me to create highly customized programs that address the root causes of physical pain and movement limitations, rather than just treating the symptoms. Combined with life coaching, this approach ensures that clients not only recover physically but also develop the mindset and strategies needed to maintain long-term health and fulfillment.”
In what ways have you seen your work ripple out into your community or beyond?
While I was based in Germany, I built a strong community where I helped over 10,000 individuals through my online courses designed to address joint pain and improve overall movement and health. These courses were tailored to empower people by teaching them how to take control of their physical well-being, and the feedback I received was incredible. Seeing so many lives transformed—whether it was someone overcoming chronic pain or regaining the ability to move freely—was deeply rewarding.
Recently, I moved to the United States and opened my Mind Body Hub in Los Angeles. My vision here is to build a new community—both locally in America and globally—by empowering people not just on the physical level but also on the mental and emotional levels.
I’ve already begun working with actors, influencers, and athletes, as well as individuals seeking to improve their health and mindset. The impact extends beyond just the individuals I work with, as they, in turn, bring their newfound energy and alignment into their families, workplaces, and communities.
It’s fulfilling to know that the work I started in Germany is now growing in new ways, connecting people across the globe and inspiring them to lead healthier, more balanced lives. That’s the legacy I hope to continue building.”
Can you share a piece of advice for those looking to turn their personal passion for wellness into a career or calling?
“My advice for anyone looking to turn their passion for wellness into a career or calling is to start by figuring out what their true voids and values are. Understanding what you deeply care about—and what you may feel is missing in your life—can help you uncover your ‘why.’ When you discover your why, everything becomes clearer and more purposeful.
Your ‘why’ is the driving force behind everything you do. It gives you the energy and determination to overcome challenges and stay committed, even when things get tough. As I often say, when the ‘why’ is big enough, the how takes care of itself. Once you align your goals with your values, the path forward will unfold naturally because you’ll have the passion and persistence to figure out the necessary steps.
To help others with this process, I offer a questionnaire designed to help you identify your voids and values. It’s a powerful tool for self-reflection and uncovering what truly drives you. You can find it on my website, and it’s a great starting point for discovering your purpose and aligning your passions with your career.
In wellness, this alignment is especially important because it’s not just about helping others—it’s about embodying what you believe in and living authentically.
So take the time to reflect, discover your ‘why,’ and let that guide you toward building a meaningful and fulfilling career.”
Thank you Ramin, for your time.
