ABOUT THE ORGANIZER

Alex's journey into yoga began in 2001, initially drawn by the practice's uplifting effects. Teaching numerous retreats, groups and privates like Kathleen Turner and the cast of 'The Graduate.' Despite starting with aspirations of acting, Alex's passion for teaching flourished, nurtured by influences from renowned practitioners like Lisa Walford, Schuyler Grant, Mark Whitwell, and Shiva Rea. Embracing the essence of yoga as a transformative and unifying force, Alex focuses on guiding students to a state of well-being and self-discovery through attentive listening and alignment.
